The move to Gibraltar for my family and I has been a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and pursue sporting activities in a sunnier climate. I'm involved with the Gibraltar Rugby Union, both as a youth team coach and with a recent return to playing after a 20 year hiatus. Keen cyclist and working on my sea swimming and running with the intention to participate in Triathlons.

Gibraltar's fine climate has allowed my weary joints to flirt again with cricket, golf and maybe rugby. I am delighted to be involved with Gibraltar sport and would hope to fully involved in developing the marriage between sport and health. I have two teenage daughters to try and keep up with and a Labrador Daisy who always fancies a walk.
