Our Patient Care Coordination Team are here to manage our patients appointments, our goal is to provide quality healthcare to our patients in a timely manner. As your appointment is reserved especially for you, please be aware of our policy regarding late or missed appointments:
FEES FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS/NON-ATTENDANCE
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we therefore respectfully request that appointments are cancelled the day prior to the appointment. Appointments are in high demand; your advance notice will allow another patient access to our services.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if an appointment is cancelled on the same day.
In the case of an appointment which is cancelled on the day, or an appointment which is unattended without notice, payment for any future requested appointment must be made at the time of booking, it will not be possible to make an appointment without providing payment at that time.

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your appointment. If we are unable to reach you our team will leave a message/send you an email. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and late cancellations.
