Our Patient Care Coordination Team are here to manage our patients appointments, our goal is to provide quality health care to our patients in a timely manner. As your appointment is reserved especially for you, please be aware of our policy regarding late or missed appointments-
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION FEES FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we therefore respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Appointments are in high demand; your advance notice will allow another patient access to our services.
A cancellation fee will apply if you fail to cancel the day before your appointment-
A late cancellation is less than 24 hours’ notice. We will charge 50% of the service fee.
A no show will result in a full charge of the service fee.
An appointment made within the 24-hour period will be charged immediately.

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your appointment. If we are unable to reach you our team will leave a message. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellations.
